You might think its too late to enroll since the spring semester has already started and summer is months away.

Well, if you want to start in summer, its definitely not too early.  Its probably never too early to start getting ready for school, organizing applications, searching for scholarships, applying for financial aid (do I need to go on?  Wink)  So yeah, if you want to start in summer make sure you get started!

Of course, you might be ready to get to class today.  Maybe you have some Christmas money and you miss the classroom.  Maybe you have some new skill you need to use at work and you want to excel at it and impress your bosses.  There are a lot of good reasons to enroll in school, and basically its because its a good investment in yourself and your future.

Since everything is going online now, you can probably find a school online with classes starting in the next few weeks.  What does summer or spring mean when there is no physical campus?  Maybe you just want to take a class for February, or March.  Maybe they have some presentations, some texts, and a test that can get you moving forward with your new knowledge.

Don't wait!  The sooner you prepare for enrollment, the better!

Summer is here and its time for graduation celebrations, vacations, and moving in to new phases in life.

High school graduates should be getting ready for the college transition and finalizing financial aid offers, student loan preparations, and applying for more college scholarships.

If you haven't applied for Fall 2009 its not too late to get accepted from many state and local universities.  It might be too late to get financial aid from FAFSA if you haven't filed yet, but there are also other ways to get money for college through private and institutional sources.

If you know what school you'll be attending, then its definitely time to focus on scholarships.  Even if deadlines aren't until mid or late fall, now could be a great time to get ahead of the game and start learning about the programs you might want to apply for, or even working on projects that can be used as submissions for grants and contests.

Students still in high school can benefit greatly from scholarship searching as well, not every program is just for students currently attending college.  Plenty of funds are happy to sit on the funds for a few years until the student needs it for tuition..
