Scholarships are great but the single biggest factor contributing to to the affordability of higher education for most college students is the cost of tuition. There are a lot of terrific out-of-state Universities but out-of-state tuition is commonly 4-6 times more expensive than in-state tuition.  Moreover, in-state tuition is almost impossible to qualify for without help.  If you're looking for a guaranteed way to earn in-state tuition then you should visit www.TuitionAngels.com to see if they can help you get in-state tuition.
