Hi everyone. I've got two questions.

#1: Are there any merit based scholarships for International students who are willing to study in US?
#2: Are there any paid services who do such searching for a fee?

You might want to check out ScholarshipExperts.com.

They started off as a private fee-based scholarship search, and specialized in finding scholarships for international students looking for assistance in funding U.S. tuition.  Now its free, so its even better Smiley
